Who We Are:

Holland Pacific Operators B.V. is an independent consulting company providing commercial and technical advisory services between the Netherlands and Vietnam, serving industrial projects with a strong focus on shipbuilding.

We work alongside shipowners, traders, EPC contractors, and industrial partners who require local insight, clear reporting, and reliable coordination in Vietnam.

Our role is to act as a professional interface — ensuring that commercial expectations, technical requirements, contractual documentation, and on-site observations are clearly communicated and properly followed up.

While shipbuilding represents a core competence, our services also extend to related industrial and engineering-driven projects where structured procurement, supplier coordination, and technical documentation are critical to success.

Holland Pacific Operators B.V. là công ty tư vấn độc lập cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn thương mại và kỹ thuật giữa Hà Lan và Việt Nam, phục vụ các dự án công nghiệp với trọng tâm là lĩnh vực đóng tàu.

Chúng tôi làm việc cùng chủ tàu, nhà giao dịch, nhà thầu EPC và các đối tác công nghiệp cần hiểu biết địa phương, báo cáo minh bạch và điều phối đáng tin cậy tại Việt Nam.

Bên cạnh đóng tàu — lĩnh vực thế mạnh cốt lõi — công ty còn hỗ trợ các dự án công nghiệp và kỹ thuật liên quan, nơi công tác mua sắm, điều phối nhà cung cấp và quản lý hồ sơ kỹ thuật đóng vai trò quan trọng.

FOUNDER BACKGROUND | NỀN TẢNG NHÀ SÁNG LẬP

Founder Background:

The company is led by a founder with more than ten years of professional experience in commercial and procurement roles within internationally oriented shipbuilding and industrial environments in Europe and Vietnam.

During this period, the founder has been directly involved in commercial negotiations, supplier coordination, procurement management, and project-related commercial support for multiple series-built newbuilding programs serving European markets.

Hands-on exposure includes dry cargo vessels ranging from approximately 2,600 DWT up to around 30,000 DWT, oil tankers of around 9,200 DWT, as well as large-scale inland barge programs comprising dozens of units.

This background provides a practical understanding of cost structures, supplier behavior, contractual interfaces, technical documentation, and on-site realities — particularly in cross-border project execution contexts.

All current consulting activities are performed independently and are fully separated from any former employers, projects, or contractual relationships.

Nền tảng nhà sáng lập:

Công ty được dẫn dắt bởi nhà sáng lập có hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các vai trò thương mại và mua sắm (procurement) trong môi trường đóng tàu và công nghiệp quốc tế tại châu Âu và Việt Nam.

Trong giai đoạn này, nhà sáng lập đã trực tiếp tham gia vào các hoạt động thương lượng thương mại, điều phối nhà cung cấp, quản lý mua sắm và hỗ trợ thương mại cho nhiều chương trình đóng mới theo series phục vụ thị trường châu Âu.

Kinh nghiệm thực tiễn bao gồm tàu hàng khô từ khoảng 2,600 DWT đến khoảng 30,000 DWT, tàu chở dầu khoảng 9,200 DWT, cùng các chương trình đóng sà lan nội địa quy mô lớn với hàng chục chiếc.

Nền tảng này giúp hình thành sự hiểu biết sâu sắc về cấu trúc chi phí, hành vi nhà cung cấp, giao diện hợp đồng, hồ sơ kỹ thuật và thực tế triển khai tại hiện trường — đặc biệt trong các dự án xuyên biên giới.
